FRUITY & AROMATIC BOLD & COMPLEX

Light to medium straw with a light green edge. A very fine and persistent bead. Lifted nuances of honey, fresh brioche seamlessly graced by grapefruit pith and oyster shell and hints of gunflint. An intriguingly complex palate with flavours reminiscent of honey cake, lemon meringue and sauteed mushroom. This wine has great minerality, viscosity and maturity of character. The elegant and seamless structure is carried by a natural acidity that has allowed the wine to mature to such complexity and yet retain a vibrancy of fruit. The very low dosage sits beautifully with the acidity and fine tannin from the initial inclusion of oak.
