Appearance
Deep straw/gold yet retaining a fresh green edge. Miniscule bubbles form a persistent bead.
Bouquet
Elegantly crafted characters representative of mature Chardonnay, nuances of toffee, honey, oyster shell and brioche.
Palate
A rich and mature palate with intense characters of Bienenstich, sauteed field mushroom and toasted sourdough. The palate has great viscosity and distinct minerality.
Vineyard Provenance
Tasmania; Derwent Valley, Huon Valley and Coal River Valley.
