The House of Arras Grand Vintage 2015 is an elegant expression of Tasmania’s pristine cool-climate vineyards, crafted with extended lees ageing to reveal exceptional depth and complexity. Delicate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir characters unfold with notes of grapefruit, butter biscuit, honeycomb and savoury umami.

Appearance
Crystal clear, medium straw with a fresh green/gold hue. An ultra-fine and persistent bead.
Bouquet
Lifted nuances of desiccated pear and peach with distinct savory secondary tones, combined with jasmine flower, fresh pastry and honey.
Palate
A wine of great complexity, tension and persistence. Characters of grapefruit, butter biscuit, honeycomb and savoury umami are balanced by fine effervescence, crisp acidity and a vibrant mineral freshness enhanced by low dosage.
